We're digging out here in Virginia from the storm. Our roads have not been plowed yet, and no one went to work today. Not that I'm complaining about the last part!
??? - I guess if I was in Payton shoes, I would have given Francona a hard time too. Hell, he just wanted to play. Can't blame him for that. He's good. Damn, if we only kept him a bit longer....Coco het hurt, Payton plays full time!
My VD was delayed by the snow and ice! They finally plowed our road this morning... of course that meant I couldn't get out of the driveway with MY car and had to ride to work with John.
Since it's no longer Truck Day, I need to post a new thread... BRB... ;)
To echo H's sentiments in the previous post... 'Happy Truck Day!'

Fenway is not going to be fun this year.

***Fenway is not going to be fun this year.***
I was thinking that when they signed him. It makes cozy Fenway seem too big.

Granted I have tickets for 2 games and I will go. It will be interesting to see all the reporters.
I wonder how the players will like/dislike all the 'extra' media.

Good questions all I know is I'm already sad that Kevin won't be teaching him the Cowboy Song.

The cowboy song...that was funny. I am going to have to search the web for that video clip.
Speaking of Baltimore, with the pick ups of Jay Payton and Aubrey Huff, they are going to be fun to watch.

He called Boston the Evil Empire 2!!!!

Well, we do have the 2nd highest payroll in MLB. I understand why Jay wanted to leave, hell, I would want to play everyday too.
Do you recall if he was an ass in the clubhouse?
